Smart Gen Retail is the retail and hospitality technology division of General Tech Services LLC, operating in the UAE since 1998.
Who we are
We are the authorized Advantech distributor in the UAE for retail, hospitality and food-service hardware. We sell terminals, kiosks and signage. We integrate them. We support them. We do not drop-ship and walk away. That model has been tried in the GCC and it is why so many retailers have warehouses full of dead kiosks.
The General Tech Services backbone
Our parent company runs an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory. We employ over 80 engineers across UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. We serve more than 1,300 active customers. When you buy a kiosk from Smart Gen Retail, that infrastructure is what stands behind it.
